Underneath the Marcelo Fernan bridge is a mini park (there are 2 actually; one at the Mandaue side of the bridge and one at the Mactan side) where tourists, together with the locals, can enjoy the breeze and the breathtaking view of Cebu’s sea, skyline and mountains.

The photo below shows a beautiful scene to behold. While strolling at the park below the Marcelo Fernan Bridge, it is a welcome sight to see a boat pass by and feel and hear the waves after it has made it way through.
